och flera studenter från Danmark; Terry från
London; Andrea från New Hampshire; Kathy
från Chicago; John från
Kalifornien; Fatima från
Afghanistan nu i Kalifornien; Suraia
från Afghanistan nu i Ontario;
Sami från Irak som
bor en del av året i Minnesota; Salam från Irak nu i Kalifornien, och många många
fler från Singapore, Kina,
Sydafrika, Kongo, Rwanda...
Vi möts alla nu i helgen 19-20 mars - inklusive de 25 personer som flyger till Kabul i morgon -

Eighteen months ago I met a group of remarkable people from Afghanistan and
ever since I've turned my attention to the work of the Afghan Youth Peace
Volunteers.
My close friends now include: Abdulai, Abdul Ali, Zekerullah, Faiz, Mohammed Jan, Kammad Jan, Raziq, Parwin, and over twenty others from Bamiyan .
Working with them I met other people from around the world:
Anees, Bassam, and others from Palestine; Yaniv from Israel; Shereef from Egypt; Cynthia from US now in the Czech Republic; Jan and his friends from Sweden; Piotr and many students from Denmark; Terry from London; Andrea from New Hampshire, Kathy from Chicago, John from California; Fatima who was from Afghanistan, but is now in California; Suraia also from Afghanistan, now in Ontario; Sami, who lives in Iraq, and also lives part of the year in Minnesota; Salam who was born in Iraq and now lives in California; and many, many more from Singapore, China, South Africa, Dem. Rep. of the Congo, Rwanda, ...
They are getting together again this Saturday and
Sunday - including 25 flying from all over to Kabul tomorrow - & they . . ..
